A company is looking for a Business Analyst to partner with homeowner association management companies in transitioning to a revenue management module.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client HOA billing processes and document transition requirements
• Create detailed implementation plans and monitor post-implementation metrics
• Collaborate with clients to optimize workflows and develop standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in SaaS or HOA management
• Proven experience with billing systems and financial operations
• Strong understanding of HOA governance structures and compliance requirements
• Experience leading client-facing projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups
