Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Divestiture Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine carve-out and divestiture standards, processes, and approaches
• Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of carve-out and divestiture projects
• Engage with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to provide updates and address challenges

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in divestitures, M&A, or corporate strategy
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries preferred
• Experience managing and negotiating Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) is strongly preferred
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
