Consulting Services Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Services Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and reporting for CFO and COO Services
• Act as the primary liaison with Finance Operations to improve customer experiences in Bookkeeping and Consulting Services
• Maintain metrics and analysis of team KPIs and support the month-end close process

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant finance, data analytics, or operations experience
• Proficiency in Excel modeling with large data sets
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Looker) and/or SQL is a plus
• Demonstrated project management experience with minimal guidance
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve objectives
