Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements and workflows
• Develop process flows and metrics using JQL's, Excel, and Power BI
• Collaborate with remote development teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably up to 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
