Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - MMIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support technology goals

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in Business Analyst roles, with 3+ years focused on Medicaid/Medicare programs and MMIS systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and ALM tools
• Experience in eliciting business requirements and developing detailed test plans
• Demonstrated strength in business process re-engineering
• Adept at translating client needs into clear objectives and motivating teams
