Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst - AI/Automation for Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end processes for Sales teams, identifying improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers to implement technology strategies and evaluate automation solutions
• Create and manage requirements documentation and deliver training for projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support/Success in an analyst role
• Experience in a high-growth enterprise software company
• Familiarity with AI platforms/tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI)
• Ability to evaluate and implement AI/ML and RPA solutions to enhance workflows
• Strong analytical skills with a metrics-guided approach to decision-making
