Ironclad Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ironclad.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on implementation strategy and build scalable, end-to-end contracting workflows
• Design and optimize workflows, approvals, templates, and metadata while establishing governance and data standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business processes into Ironclad configurations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad end to end
• Deep knowledge of Ironclad workflow builder, record relationships, hierarchy, and permissions
• Proven ability to map business requirements to Ironclad configurations and metadata models
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to operate with minimal oversight
• US-based with availability for meetings during normal US business hours
