Compact Licensed Utilization Management Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Utilization Management Nurse RN with a Compact License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization management and utilization review
• Discuss requests with healthcare professionals to understand the plan of care
• Gather clinical information to assess and expedite care needs following company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Residence
• 3+ years of RN experience in a fertility clinic/women's health
• 1+ years of demonstrated leadership background
• 1+ years of experience as a UM RN in a managed care setting
• Proven computer proficiency, including solid data entry skills
