Pennsylvania Licensed Lead Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Care Manager, Autism in Pennsylvania, focusing on remote work in the Yardley/Bethlehem areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and mentorship to Care Managers and clinical team members
• Authorize and review utilization of autism services, including ABA, and ensure coordination with other service providers
• Research and resolve escalated issues, maintaining an active workload in accordance with performance standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must have one of the following licenses: BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
• Behavioral Specialist License (BSL) required if only BCBA certification is held
• Knowledge of DSM V or current diagnostic editions preferred
