Senior Solutions Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor who will provide advanced technical support for IMS Tools for z/OS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical knowledge of products and assist in product training and demonstrations
• Deliver proof of concept and post-sales deployment support while ensuring client needs are met
• Act as a liaison between customers and the development team, sharing feedback and identifying enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technical support or consulting
• Advanced knowledge of IMS, database administration, and application performance
• Previous technical software sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with limited supervision
• Attendance at conferences and customer events may be required
