Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of professional services staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of consulting, education, and implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of team management
• Deep technical expertise in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management)
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Solid business acumen, including understanding financial management and key performance indicators
• Proven adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing client needs and project requirements
