Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or patient advocacy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and member engagement strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and healthcare data analytics
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
