Key Responsibilities

- Develop dashboards to track performance and analyze trends for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or patient advocacy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and member engagement strategies
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and healthcare data analytics
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
