Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation phase
- Schedule and host recurring calls with clients and internal stakeholders, providing agendas and action items
- Configure custom onboarding workflows in iSolved and assist employees with the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience with iSolved Core implementation, payroll administration, and project management
- Experience in PEO/ASO
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and familiarity with various CRM and project management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
