A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and execute tasks to improve Revenue Cycle process outcomes
• Assist in planning, coordinating, researching, and performing analytical and operational work for various projects
• Support projects directed by leadership and improve the effectiveness of revenue cycle policies, practices, and technology platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, particularly in Coding and HIM support
• Experience in project management and developing corrective actions for revenue cycle issues
• Knowledge of medical terminology and all areas of the revenue cycle
• Detailed knowledge of HIM, Coding, and related processes
• Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
