Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to oversee asset and data migration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset and data migration processes for customers transitioning from various DAMs
• Set up and oversee S3 data migrations, including user management and asset transition
• Act as a centralized resource for cross-functional teams, supporting migration requests and ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer software implementations or support
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-focused approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot scripts for automation and data manipulation
• Foundational knowledge of SaaS/Cloud and database solutions
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
