Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant to provide expertise and support to healthcare organizations in improving revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise hospitals on complex regulatory issues related to Medicare reimbursement methodologies
• Lead monthly web-based meetings to discuss regulatory changes and revenue cycle updates
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and prepare researched responses to client inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Significant experience in revenue cycle operations and technical writing
• Solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies
• Broad expertise in business office operations for healthcare facilities
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
