A company is looking for a Deliverability Consultant to join their Messaging Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete operational tasks such as building ramp ups and handling customer support requests
- Provide consulting to customers experiencing deliverability challenges
- Assist in developing and maintaining deliverability best practice standards
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in email deliverability, preferably at an ESP or brand-side
- Detailed knowledge of factors affecting email deliverability
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues affecting email delivery
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with customer-facing roles and managing client expectations
