Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to manage the full proposal lifecycle for various sized proposals in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to research, write, edit, format, and quality-check proposals and RFx responses
• Maintain and update proposal content repositories to streamline future responses

Required Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience as a Proposal Manager
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Loopio or similar proposal management software
• Formal training and/or certification in industry standard proposal management practices (APMP, Shipley, etc.)
• Experience working under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
