A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Compliance Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in consulting with clients on health and welfare compliance issues
- Support multiple client projects and draft quality client deliverables
- Research compliance and tax issues, and participate in compliance assessments
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate or 1-3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits
- Experience in employee health and welfare benefit consulting with a compliance focus
- Knowledge of IRC, ERISA, COBRA, PPACA, and related laws preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables
- Experience working in teams and leveraging resources for client challenges
