Principal Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Analytics Consultant specializing in Workforce AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for business processes
• Translate workflows into autonomous agents using low-code/no-code tools within Microsoft
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems and support internal teams in governance and management

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in enterprise automation or AI-enabled consulting
• Direct experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code AI platforms
• 3-5 years of Power BI experience with advanced knowledge of DAX and data visualization
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security/compliance and identity/access management
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and iterative design cycles for AI workflows
