A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support USPS's Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business-focused requirements, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Develop business needs statements and change requests with clear acceptance criteria
- Provide data analysis expertise to measure progress towards objectives and key results
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Experience in an agile software development framework is preferred
- Prior experience with DialogFlow and/or Google Cloud Computing Services is a plus
