Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support USPS's Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business-focused requirements, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Develop business needs statements and change requests with clear acceptance criteria
• Provide data analysis expertise to measure progress towards objectives and key results

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• Experience in an agile software development framework is preferred
• Prior experience with DialogFlow and/or Google Cloud Computing Services is a plus
