Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Care Extenders in delivering personalized case management to members
• Monitor and evaluate members' progress and adjust service plans as necessary to meet goals
• Coordinate team activities, including hiring, training, and performance reviews, to ensure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with relevant licensure, preferably in Nevada
• Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development
• Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited institution
