Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Care Extenders in delivering personalized case management to members
- Monitor and evaluate members' progress and adjust service plans as necessary to meet goals
- Coordinate team activities, including hiring, training, and performance reviews, to ensure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with relevant licensure, preferably in Nevada
- Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited institution
