A company is looking for an APD Manager/Contracts Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning, daily operations, and management of the Advanced Planning Writing Team
- Lead the development and submission of Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and funding requests
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely development of APD-related activities
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with CMS regulations related to contracts and Advanced Planning Documents
- 10 years of experience in technical writing, editing, and preparing healthcare technology proposals
- 5 years of experience in a budgetary or accounting role within healthcare technology
- 10 years of state government/public sector experience with health and human services programs
- 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team of APD writers
