Job Summary

A company is looking for an APD Manager/Contracts Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategic planning, daily operations, and management of the Advanced Planning Writing Team
  • Lead the development and submission of Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and funding requests
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely development of APD-related activities
Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience with CMS regulations related to contracts and Advanced Planning Documents
  • 10 years of experience in technical writing, editing, and preparing healthcare technology proposals
  • 5 years of experience in a budgetary or accounting role within healthcare technology
  • 10 years of state government/public sector experience with health and human services programs
  • 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team of APD writers
