Business Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Finance Analyst to evaluate and analyze business operations for improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, track, and interpret business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis on projects, tools, and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role
• Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred
