Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of loans, including communication with borrowers and processing transactions
• Execute assignments according to company procedures and contribute to operational decision-making
• Prepare and analyze reporting for various requests and assist with special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or computer science preferred
• 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, with commercial mortgage loans preferred
• Knowledge of SS&C's Precision LM system
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Qlik Sense, Business Objects, and SQL Server is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
