Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Consolidation Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education and advisory services on asset consolidation planning to retirement plan participants and partners
- Conduct best interest interviews to assess participants' situations and recommend consolidation approaches
- Facilitate the movement of terminated plan assets and assist with plan enrollment for new participants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Experience as a retirement plan specialist or two years of relevant financial services experience
- FINRA Series 6 or 7; Series 63 and Series 65 or 66 (or obtain within six months of hire)
- Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and MS Office
