Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze actual headcount and cost data to monitor financial performance
• Develop and track performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for management review
• Provide guidance and support to control account managers to ensure financial targets are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience combined with education
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or related fields; or 1 year with a Master's degree
• Active Secret security clearance
• Significant experience with Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with Government/DoD Contracts and familiarity with FAR guidelines
