Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join as their first dedicated finance hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale internal finance systems and processes, including reporting and approval structures
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and support investor updates with financial insights
• Ensure tax compliance and maintain internal controls while overseeing audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance roles at global tech organizations
• Strong understanding of FP&A, GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
• Proven ability to build and maintain corporate financial practices and operations
• Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
