Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support its financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, accruals, reconciliations, and carrier statement processing
• Calculate and support Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and marketing allowance payments
• Conduct monthly expense analysis and assist with budgeting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience
• Experience with accruals, pre-paids, debits, and credits
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial systems (e.g., SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
