Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor to manage loan applications and ensure accuracy in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans to meet closing deadlines
• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers throughout the loan process
• Request, gather, and analyze necessary documentation for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Broker fulfillment experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans of mixed variety
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS and Fannie Mae guidelines
