Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models aligned with key business drivers
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a closely-related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or complex supply chain environments
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, ideally within eCommerce
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI visualization platforms
• Solid project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally
