M&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Analyst to support strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition targets and assist in outreach to founders and executives
• Support cross-functional efforts in all phases of M&A execution, including due diligence and financial modeling
• Manage the M&A pipeline by maintaining tracking tools and documenting evaluation criteria for potential targets

Required Qualifications

• Experience with due diligence software systems (RFP 360 preferred)
• Understanding of asset and stock corporate transactions
• Experience with insurance products, including bonds and cyber policies
• Strong Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills
• 3-5 years' experience in risk management and compliance testing, audit, and assurance
