Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst - US/EU - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, diagnose, categorize, resolve, and document requests from the Certinia Service Desk
• Escalate requests requiring technical assistance with detailed documentation
• Validate platform changes before and after production deployment

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of CRO experience
• 3 years of business operations, project management, or accounting experience
• Prior experience using Certinia PSA or a comparable system
• Strong analytical and project management skills
