A company is looking for a Manager, Transition - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and deconversion teams for new plan installations and terminations
- Design and implement processes and controls to support sales objectives
- Develop and manage a high-performing team through coaching and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or finance
- 4-7 years' experience in the administration of retirement plans
- 2-4 years supervisory experience
- Experience with Omni FIS and/or Salesforce preferred
