Retirement Plans Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Transition - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and deconversion teams for new plan installations and terminations
• Design and implement processes and controls to support sales objectives
• Develop and manage a high-performing team through coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or finance
• 4-7 years' experience in the administration of retirement plans
• 2-4 years supervisory experience
• Experience with Omni FIS and/or Salesforce preferred
