Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial claims expense process, including preparing invoices and reports, analyzing trends, and forecasting healthcare costs
- Drive month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Investigate complex financial inquiries and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments
