Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools across the finance organization
• Own the ongoing maintenance and governance of financial systems to meet business needs
• Partner with teams to assess and automate key financial processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or management consulting, with 2+ years in financial systems transformation
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools such as Anaplan or Oracle PBCS
• Strong project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and planning processes
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
