Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Planner to provide financial planning services to highly compensated participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highly compensated participants
- Consult with executives to optimize their benefits and provide support to Executive Planners
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual needs and goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) certification required
- FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65 registrations required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Life Insurance Licensing preferred
