Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Portfolio Manager III - Corporate Mortgage Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and close complex asset-backed credit facilities while ensuring compliance with credit policies
• Monitor client performance and assess ongoing creditworthiness to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present portfolio reports, highlighting performance and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Portfolio Management experience in Corporate Mortgage Warehouse Lending
• 2 or more years of relevant credit experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Preferred: 7 or more years of experience in mortgage finance or specialty finance
• Preferred: Formal credit training and strong knowledge of GAAP principles in mortgage banking
