A company is looking for a Condo Loan Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of condominium project approvals in collaboration with production branches and builder/developer partners
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to oversee documentation and progress for condo project approvals
• Act as a liaison between various parties to facilitate timely project approvals aligned with loan closings

Required Qualifications

• Loan Processor experience and background required
• Strong understanding of condo project review documentation and approval requirements
• Experience with vendors and navigating Fannie Mae, FHA, and VA condo approval processes
• Proficient in managing project approval pipelines and document coordination
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving business needs
