Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
- Oversee compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations
- Mentor and manage a regional finance team, providing training and support to ensure team effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant: ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting within high-tech companies
- Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems, with experience in Netsuite preferred
- Significant experience in a global environment with knowledge of diverse financial regulations
- Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting
