Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee budgeting, financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to enhance capabilities and foster a high-performing culture

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related Business Management; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of financial experience, including leadership roles within a financial institution
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, financial instruments, and risk management
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, particularly modern banking technologies
• Public accounting experience is a plus, alongside broad corporate experience
