Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager for Employer Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various departments to provide insights that drive productivity and EBIT growth
• Manage the P&L, oversee budgets, and coordinate financial processes for month-end and annual planning
• Coordinate acquisition-related finance integration activities and establish best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A roles
• Experience in people leadership and financial analysis for leadership teams
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
• Demonstrated ability to lead improvement efforts in finance and achieve significant financial outcomes
