A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager for Employer Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to provide insights that drive productivity and EBIT growth
- Manage the P&L, oversee budgets, and coordinate financial processes for month-end and annual planning
- Coordinate acquisition-related finance integration activities and establish best practices across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A roles
- Experience in people leadership and financial analysis for leadership teams
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement efforts in finance and achieve significant financial outcomes
