Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Operations, Reporting & Analytics for Pet & Vet Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with Finance, Accounting, and Senior Leadership teams to provide financial planning and analysis support
• Oversee the retrieval, synthesis, and presentation of critical data for leadership decision-making
• Manage the development and optimization of analytical methodologies and business reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytical FP&A or business finance roles
• 2 years of people management experience preferred, though not required
• Proficiency in accounting and advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
