Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients via phone
- Support testing of new applications and document system issues, escalating as necessary
- Manage client outreach and support during migrations or changes affecting Treasury products
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interactions
- 5+ years of technical support experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and cash management
- Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
