Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management for assigned markets and national projects
• Analyze performance against benchmarks and provide support to senior management on revenue management matters
• Conduct staff meetings and provide management, guidance, and training to staff while ensuring compliance with departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree preferred
• Experience in managing physician revenue cycle with a thorough understanding of various payers
• Minimum of seven years of experience managing large, multi-specialty physician groups
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and medical information systems for billing and accounts receivable
