Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Transactions and Services Senior Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary fiscal support and review fiscal transactions for the Arts & Sciences Business Services Center
- Serve as a point of contact for faculty and staff regarding fiscal procedures and ensure compliance with university policies
- Participate in special projects and provide training for those initiating and approving unit transactions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant experience in a business administration, financial, or procurement role
- Considerable knowledge of university policies, rules, and regulations (desired)
- Experience utilizing Workday for financial transactions (desired)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (desired)
