VP of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (Fixed-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals while fostering a collaborative culture
• Own the annual budgeting process, monthly financial reporting, and provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support M&A activities and corporate development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
• CA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
• 12-15 years of progressive finance experience with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A leadership roles
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience with a proven track record of team development
• SaaS/subscription business model experience required
