Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, underwrite, and approve consumer loans while adhering to lending policies and guidelines
• Engage with dealerships and internal teams to evaluate applications and resolve issues
• Monitor workflows and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work or education-related experience
• Minimum three years of lending-related experience
• Ability to make sound credit recommendations and decisions
• Mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work varying schedules and additional hours as necessary
