Billing and Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSS Billing/Finance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Billing and Finance functions within the CSS environment
• Analyze, maintain, and improve billing and financial systems and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and finance operations, with at least 2 years in a SME capacity
• Hands-on experience with MF COBOL and Customer/1 in a billing or finance-related role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
• Experience working in regulated environments or with utility clients is a plus
