Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights
• Lead the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and recurring forecast processes
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for complex analyses and prepare reporting packages for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
• Experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning systems is a plus
